wholistic, person - centered talk therapy.
reconnect with your innate authenticity & come home to yourself.
hi, i am mandy
I have experience supporting adults, youth, people living with addictions and mental health challenges, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, BIPOC communities, entrepreneurs, and artists. In my work at a student clinic, I’ve helped clients uncover barriers and create meaningful change.
With a diverse background in creativity, community care, holistic healing, fitness, movement, and somatics, I bring a strong understanding of the mind–body connection. My approach is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive, with a deep commitment to holistic well-being and strong allyship with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
My practice is non-pathologizing, inclusive, empathetic, and committed to holding space for people from all walks of life. I aim to support others in reconnecting with their innate abundance, creativity, and wisdom. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic, and client-centered approach that honours each person’s lived experience. I draw from an integrative, person - centered, mindfulness - based, holistic, spiritual lens to support clients in coming home to themselves.
As a neurodivergent artist, published author, single parent, and long-time mental health advocate, I am passionate about decolonizing the body, unlearning harmful systems, and removing barriers to healing. I have an entrepreneurial background as the founder and operator of an award-winning successful flower shop, where I led community outreach projects serving the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
I believe in lifelong learning, personal evolution, and cultivating ongoing self-awareness -- for both myself and those I work with.
