  • I don’t direct bill, but receipts can be submitted to most extended health plans for reimbursement under Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (CPCA - MPCC-provisional) or Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (ACCT- RTC-candidate) o, depending on your provider. Check with your insurance company to confirm coverage.

  • I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions.
    I also work with creatives, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and parents, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in self-empowerment and creativity.

  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to be different, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll move at your pace and create a plan together.

  • That depends on your goals, needs, and pace. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for consistency, while others meet biweekly or monthly. We’ll talk about what feels right for you and adjust as we go.

  • Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, except in very specific situations where there’s a legal or ethical duty to report (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). We’ll review confidentiality clearly in your first session.

  • My approach is warm, open, and conversational. I blend cognitive and behavioural strategies with relational, somatic, and depth-oriented practices to help you explore patterns, understand emotions, and build practical tools for change.
    Therapy is a space to creatively navigate what’s happening beneath the surface, unlearn what isn’t yours to carry, and strengthen your capacity to live with clarity and confidence.
