I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions.
I also work with creatives, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and parents, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in self-empowerment and creativity.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to be different, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll move at your pace and create a plan together.

That depends on your goals, needs, and pace. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for consistency, while others meet biweekly or monthly. We’ll talk about what feels right for you and adjust as we go.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, except in very specific situations where there’s a legal or ethical duty to report (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). We’ll review confidentiality clearly in your first session.
